Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused equipment in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Kegland

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
